Owner’s Representative; Construction of a new, high-performance museum, education and visitors center on Nook Farm in downtown East Hartford. The new $11 million, 34,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art center will enable expansion of the museum’s education and exhibition programs. This project complements the recently completed restoration of the historic Mark Twain House, the first LEED certified art museum as well as Connecticut’s first LEED building.

Services included Programming, Design Team Selection and management of Services Contracts, engagement of a Construction Manager for a competitive GMP. Coordination and integration of Exhibit vendor and third party business technology providers.Cost Control and tracking systems for public and private funding sources.
