Farley Building / Moynihan Station Redevelopment — New York, NY

As part of a Development Team commissioned by the Empire State Development Corporation, options were developed and evaluated for the redevelopment of the Landmark Farley Post Office Building in conjunction with the New Penn Station plan. Alternative uses, costs and planning impacts were comparatively evaluated to inform the guidelines for this redevelopment.

Complex logistics and coordination with railroad operations were integrated into the cost models and constructability analysis of the Study alternatives.
