Comparative evaluation of a number of future multi-use scenarios that combined Hospitality, Conference, Food Service with existing Agricultural operations and new Center for Environmental Stewardship of the Lower Hudson Valley.
Development options ranged from $15 to $25 Million and combined Not for Profit and For Profit entities on the Historic Farm Property.
