Construction Manager of the 10,000 sq. ft., $5 million health club in the basement; as well as the $3.5 million renovation of the Edwardian Room, which included the installation of a restaurant and two kitchens. Work also involved the installation of a handicapped elevator entrance from the sidewalk to the main level and restoration of the plaster ceilings in the Oak Lobby on Central Park South.
