Restoration and rehabilitation of National Register of Historic Places landmark structure. Provided recommendations on asbestos abatement, scheduling, logistics, phasing, value engineering and prequalification of specialty restoration contractors. By incorporating detailed scheduling and phasing requirements into the Project Bid Documents, construction could proceed without hindering ferry or railroad operations.
