Construction Manager as Agent for the $8 Million conversion of a 100 year old timber frame and masonry former horse stable to new, fully modernized children’s education and community center in the Bronx.
Catalyst’s services commenced with Pre-Construction, assisting the client through programming, design and early procurement through construction, and completion. Facade analysis, repair, including rebuilding the parapets, was incorporated in a fast track schedule.
Upon completion Catalyst provided Commissioning Services for the mechanical systems, obtained a new certificate of occupancy and secured operating approval from NYC and NYS Division of Children and Family Services.
