The Kalahari — New York, NY

phbcatalystgroup was the Owner’s Representative for an HPD Cornerstone Project in Harlem that included 400,000 sq. ft., 240 units of affordable/market rate residences in a mixed use building with retail, commercial and community facilities over a sub-grade parking facility. Catalyst worked with the design team to track the New York Green Building Tax Credit. Construction began in summer of 2005 and was completed in the Q1 2008.
