Trinity College, Sport Complex — Hartford, CT

Owner’s Representative for a $12 million new Community Sports Complex, featuring an NCAA Hockey rink, climbing wall, function and meeting facilities with state-of-the-art media technology. Catalyst provided preconstruction phase services to The College, preparing project development budget and schedule; conducted the bid and award process in this public – private sector undertaking. Catalyst assisted the College with oversight of the construction phase including monthly review of contract or requisitions as well as change order management. The project was completed in Fall, 2006.
