Owner’s Representative to Capstone Development, a national developer selected by City University of New York to provide the College with turn-key development of a new, 600 bed, state of the art on – campus residence hall, at the City College of New York.

Catalyst provided preconstruction and construction phase assistance to Capstone, complete through turnover and approval processes. During the Pre-Construction phase, Catalyst provided critical input concerning budget, cost containment and schedule. Catalyst assisted the developer by providing oversight and advisement during the bid and procurement process, reviewed work scopes for completeness and evaluated bids; during the construction phase Catalyst attending monthly requisition reviews and site walk-throughs to provide progress assessments and monthly reporting. Working under strict time constraints for student move-in schedules, Catalyst worked closely with the design and construction teams.
