Project Development, as a staff extension to the BPC Authority, for the oversight of a General Contractor on a 2 –acre park site located in the northern section of Battery Park City at the southern tip of Manhattan. Natural fountains and rocks were installed throughout the park area evoking a country-side landscape that is environmentally friendly with complete irrigation and purification systems.
