Hilton Garden Inn — New York, NY

Conversion of an existing 370 room Days Hotel repositioned as a Hilton Garden Inn. Our scope of work included the complete renovation of bathrooms and guestrooms, guestroom corridors, elevator lobbies, elevator cab interiors, new lobby, front desk, public bathrooms, front office, exercise room, entrances, storefronts, marquee and coordination of FF&E delivery and installation. Project was executed on a fast track scheduled for 26 weeks while maintaining the property open for business. The value of our contract was approximately $10 million.
