Provided Owner’s Representative Services to Ponte Gadea, a development partner on the Epic Project and in addition, performed mortgage monitoring for the lender, Banco Santander. On the site of the former DuPont Plaza, the Project includes a 55-story tower with 300 condominiums and a 414-room Kimpton hotel. The hotel opened in early 2009 and work is on-going to complete the residential condo units by 3Q 2009. A second tower of 51 stories is slated for construction in Phase II.
