Strategic planning for the creation of a new Long Term Plan to integrate historical, environmental and property management/ operations objectives for the 100 year old landmark institution.
The multiple building compound houses up to 100 visitors, scholars and staff in a unique setting. The Academy grounds and gardens have an array of botanical and landscape features that are maintenance intensive. A landscape plan was conceived to create a sustainable program of maintenance, without compromising the quality and variety of the Garden experience, including historic subterranean water systems and features.
