Wildlife Trust — New York, NY

Wildlife Trust, a not-for-profit organization working to protect natural environment and human health, relocated their headquarter offices to midtown Manhattan. Phbcatalystgroup, which has done a number of green and LEED projects, worked with the Client early on to define a construction and fit out program that would re-use existing building fabric, integrate ecofriendly materials and furnishings, and, most importantly, preserve financial resources to maximize their world-wide environmental program. As Construction Managers working closely with the Owner and Design Team, we were able to create a stylish, green fit out installation of 10,000 square feet with a very limited budget of $27.50 per square foot.
