Construction Manager; managed services from initial condition assessments through construction implementation of all real estate held by the Baltimore Province. Included were residential, educational, liturgical and community facilities in 17 cities and towns, reaching from Boston, MA to St. Croix, USVI. The 68 buildings were built between 1860 and 1978 and required improvements to building envelope, major MEP and fire/life safety systems, handicapped accessibility, site improvements and hazardous materials mitigation.
A range of projects were built, including the restoration of the twin steeples of a basilica in Boston, the re-roofing and waterproofing of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Brooklyn, and the re-programming of Mount St. Alphonsus Seminary into a Retreat and Conference Center in Esopus, NY.
