The Plaza Hotel partnered with a world class restaurateur to create a new venue in the Edwardian Room. The 10,000 sq. ft. project included urbane high style fit out and FF&E, restoration of select historic elements and features, along with the creation of a two-level kitchen to jointly serve the restaurant and hotel room service operations.
