Construction Management for a $15 million project consisting of facade repair, MEP systems evaluation, repair and replacement, lobby and restaurant redesign and complete FF&E replacement program, due to the September 11, 2001 World Trade Center attack, as well as a complete interior renovation of this downtown hotel, working with the Owner, Operator, multiple Insurers, and multiple Design Teams.
