Co-management phases for the restoration of existing Grand Central Terminal: restoration and upgrade of existing utilities and architectural features as well as redevelopment of retail spaces within the facility.

Performing as Development Manager to the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, co- managed renovation of this iconic landmark structure and its public spaces, infrastructure and retail component. The extensive renovation undertaking included restoration and upgrading of existing utilities, a new chiller plant, new emergency power distribution, restoration and upgrading of architectural features throughout the property, a complete redevelopment of retail components and interfacing with all project team members to organize swing spaces for existing operations and maintain schedules without interrupting daily operations of Grand Central Terminal.
