As Pre-Construction Consultant and Construction Manager provided ongoing services for five years, from a condition assessment program/budget for the 2700 acre, 100-building farm to a preliminary planning study of future programs used to define the future level of public visitation, scholarly retreat, conference facility and environmental stewardship. Provided oversight of the preparation of a master plan for the 2700-acre property. Included were an assessment and condition assessment of all utilities/infrastructure, ecological remediation of farmland, woodlands and seven man-made lakes. Overseeing a multi-disciplinary design team, sustainable infrastructure initiatives were developed and comparatively evaluated for on-site storm water management, alternative fresh water infrastructure, off-grid electrical generation and on-site sewage treatment alternatives.
