Mr. Pesant, Co-President and founder of phbCatalyst Group, Inc., brings more than 35 years of design and construction experience to our clients. He has directed the development and construction of numerous complex and innovative projects for major multinational corporations, development groups and institutional clients. Early in his career, he managed the New York practice of John Carl Warnecke and Associates, a renowned architectural firm.
Prior to joining Bovis Lend Lease LMB Inc in 1993, Mr. Pesant, as Director of Technical Services for Hilton Hotels Corporation, was responsible for programming, design, contract administration, development and construction. He spearheaded the rapid growth of their asset portfolio. As the Director of Construction Management at Warner / Amex Cable Communications Inc., Mr. Pesant was responsible for the planning, design and construction of all facilities supporting the operation of major urban cable franchise systems during a period marked by the remarkable growth of this high-technology industry.
As Senior Vice President for Bovis Lend Lease, Mr. Pesant headed an operational unit and repeatedly demonstrated his ability to organize and manage complex projects. His office was the Center of Excellence for Hospitality and Gaming in North America. In 2008 Mr. Pesant became a founding partner of Triarc Catalyst Group LLC, a Hotel Development Company formed with Melvin Katz Founder of Triarc International, a well-known Development Company in the Hospitality Industry.
