The Saxony Ocean Resort and Club Residences at Miami Beach represents a unique development where the 1948 Historical Saxony Hotel of 210 Units, on Collins Avenue and 32nd Street, is to be renovated, as well as, construct a new Residential Tower with surrounding lush landscaping, and create a resort on a property with 600 feet of beach frontage. Representing Access Industries, Inc. and the Faena Group of Argentina, phbCatalyst Group has been engaged to be their Construction Consultant – Owner Representative, to perform due diligence study of the proposed development including construction documents, reports and all other written documents including schedules, agreements and contracts. In addition, as the Construction Consultant and Owner Representative for the Resort Project, phbCatalyst’s focus includes site inspections and the monitoring and review of the development funding monthly requests, construction contracts and monthly construction draw requests, and in general, review all elements on their behalf that comprises the completed development.
