Complemented Related’s staff by monitoring cost, scheduling and NYC agency inter-facing for this 155,000 sf luxury condominium project, with 137 residential units, street level retail space for a bank branch and an underground parking garage. Catalyst assisted in the post construction phase with coordinating and tracking required submittals from trade contractors and identifying and pursuing all required documentation for obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy.
