PhbCatalyst provided Owner’s Representative services to the Developer, The Related Companies, L.P. augment Related’s staff by monitoring cost, schedule and NYC agency interfacing for this 380,000 sf luxury condominium project, with 205 residential units and ground floor retail space. Additionally, provide oversight of work on adjacent properties: change out of rooftop air conditioning system for five-story building, renovation of building front elevation consisting of façade material change, cleaning of other elements. Catalyst assisted in coordinating the various team members and city agencies in pursuing final sign offs and documentary for the temporary and final Certificates of occupancy.
