Project Management for Pier Platform in New York’s East River and restoration of the Seaport surrounding streets and infrastructure. This concrete pile-supported pier platform was constructed to support the new Pier Pavilion, a new retail facility. Restoration of the historic cobblestone “streetscape” was a significant component of this new retail destination area. The development program involved close cooperation with numerous public agencies and private organizations.
