Owner’s Representative; Queens College has partnered with Capstone Development to build its first student residence. The low rise buildings – which vary from 3 to 5 stories – are arranged around landscaped courtyards at the edge of the campus, all built on top of a one story partiallyunderground parking garage. The complex will house approximately 425 students and provide 12 to 16 faculty apartments. Amenity spaces will include retail space and community facilities, some with spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline.
