Pre-Construction and Construction Management of $80 million CAPEX plan. Role included management of bid package development and contractor selection process, coordinating work between contractors and Owner, and managing submittals and sign off. Performed logistical analyses for the planned $80 million capital improvement program and evaluated the effort of the modernization on on-going hotel operations.
All building wide systems upgrades and replacements were budget and value analyzed. A phased modernization of the vast kitchen and laundry facilities of the 700 room Property were planned and budget for implementation without interruption to daily operations.
