Construction Management for $37,500,000 Million new building consolidating police, fire, highway and emergency services into one state-ofthe- art facility. Project was delivered under Wick’s Law requirements.
The Project was sequenced and phased so construction activity did not conflict with existing operations. After the Base Building was complete, occupancies for the four primary user groups were completed and commissioned separately to insure a smooth transition and move in.
