Construction Management for various projects within the hotel, including the renovation of the 2nd and 3rd floors of the hotel, which was valued at $1.2 million and involved the upgrading and refit of the executive offices and conference rooms for a total area of 25,000 sw. ft., two model room mock ups on the 32nd floors involving a four fixture and five fixture suite, which was valued at $400,000 and involved 800 sq. ft., and the complete upgrading and renovation of 86 suites throughout the hotel. This project was completed while the hotel maintained full operations as only one floor was renovated at a time. The project was completed within one year.
