Catalyst Chilmark is Construction Manager and General Contractor for a new 7 story building in Midtown Manhattan. 24,000SF, $10 million hard cost luxury residential 27 units in the Clinton Special District. Designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects, ground breaking April 2019 with an expected finish in the fall of 2020.
