Mr. Harari, Co President and founder of Catalyst, is a prominent construction executive with over 35 years of diverse experience as both design architect and construction manager. His career has spanned project management, construction consulting and architectural design, with an expertise in technical support services and pre-construction services. His experience encompasses strategic planning, feasibility analysis, budget and schedule development and evaluation of building systems and components. These services have included pre-construction planning, quality control, constructability review, value engineering and life-cycle analysis. Mr. Harari’s private and public sector project experience includes a wide spectrum of new construction, renovation, historic restoration/preservation and sustainable development in the hospitality, commercial, cultural, financial, real estate, retail, industrial, residential, and health care market sectors.
Over the last decade, as a practitioner, Mr. Harari has been deeply involved in leading the green building and sustainability market transformation in the real estate development and construction industries. In 2008 Mr. Harari became a founding partner of Triarc Catalyst Group LLC, a Hotel Development Company formed with Melvin Katz Founder of Triarc International, a well-known Development Company in the Hospitality Industry.
